River Murray Flood Support
Community Legal Centres (CLC) Australia are providing free legal assistance to those impacted by the River Murray flooding.
CLC members are working alongside other support agencies within the Emergency Relief Centres (ERC) in Berri*, Mannum, and Murray Bridge.
These centers, coordinated by Housing SA, offer practical advice and personal support services to:

individuals, families,

small businesses,
-
primary producers, and
-
communities
Affected by the flood. Our team have been trained in trauma informed client support and have prepared for disasters for months.
The legal help offered covers a range of issues, including:
insurance claims, family law, property disputes, debt management, neighbourhood mediation, changes to NDIS needs, and renters' rights and obligations.
The goal of CLC is to ensure that those affected by the disaster have access to all the help they need to recover effectively, and to demonstrate their commitment to supporting the community.
